This is the PROCESS we use - you can’t just clean urine, you have to decontaminate it first.

  1. Pre-treat all affected areas to break down urine salts
  2. Shampoo entire carpet area (Non–toxic cleaning agents)
  3. Rinse, flush and extract affected areas 5 to 10 times with pure, clean water
  4. Post-treat with powerful decontamination solution
